Product introduction

Usage:
This making line is used to make EPE sheet.putting LDPE ,mixing butane gas,talc powder,resisting and shrinking agent and other additive,by the extrusion machine ,cooling device ,pulling device and winding device,the PE foam sheet production will be getted finally.

Features:
1、screw: 38 CrMoALA, nitride. by the nitride heat treatment and chromium plating ,the surface of the screw get high strength and  high hardness , thereby enhancing the life of the screw. This Screw employed two-part type with ratio L / D = 55, that increased this machine output and quality.
2、Barrel: 38 CrMoALA nitride . After heat treatment (quenched and tempered + nitride), long-term use of anti-wear and tear.
3、paragraph Feeding: both ends of the feeding connect  the tube and the gear box . the raw materials is into the extruder from here. Users should maintain the part continuous cycle cooling water to prevent the temperature rise and the caking, viscosity of raw materials in here.
4、extruder main motors: AC motor, with V.F driver metering pump, the pump will put liquefied butane to high-pressure injection the barrel, butane and melted LDPE mixing at the barrel . there is a one-way valve, which ensure that when the pressure of melted  LDPE is higher in the tube than the pressure of butane ,it can not be the situation of reverse back,which  ensure the safety in production.
5、anti-shrinkage of pump and anti-shrinkage agent input: the pump put this anti-shfor speed regulation. By the gear box,it connect with the screw.
6、butane pump and butane imported : butane pump is a high-pressure rinkage agent inot the barrel by the pressure  10 ~ 15 Mpa (100 ~ 150mm/cm2) the. Melted anti-shrink agent  and LDPE mix in the barrel. There ia a one-way valve, which ensure that when the pressure of melted  LDPE is higher in the tube than the pressure of butane ,it can not be the situation of reverse back,that ensure the safety in production.
7、Die: the all melted raw materials out  from here of the extrusion. After via a lip,the raw materials began to foam.the thickness of EPE depends on the lip and speed traction.
8、sizing drum:it will decide the width of EPE sheet with air and water cooling.
9、pull roll:the pulling speed should keep in balance which ensure the uniformity of sheet thickness .the driving motor is AC one with V.F driver for speed regulation.
10、winder:double shafts,with a counter,when running the setting length,these shafts will auto rotary 180 degree and  then the second shaft began to winding.
11、about butane gas forcing:the client can choose nitrogen forcing and two times air forcing system.this system include one gasholder and two cylinder which can decrease the working cost and increase working safety.
12、about the safety:this making line employed solid-state relay and two times increase pressure system.
13、about the EPE quality:this making line employed two foam Die.
